Welcome to Intermittent. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Intermittent mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Mordelt Healthcare Ltd. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Service, you confirm you are at least 16 years of age. If using on behalf of an organisation, you represent authority to bind that organisation.
2. Description of Service
Intermittent is a personalised intermittent fasting tracker allowing users to track fasting sessions, monitor metabolic stages, track water and weight, view insights and articles, and access guided plans. Full access to the Service requires an active Pro subscription.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Important: Intermittent is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All metabolic data, ketone estimates, glucose estimates, and fat burn calculations are mathematical estimates, not clinical measurements. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fasting regimen.
4. User Accounts
Intermittent does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Full access to the App requires a Pro subscription, available monthly or annually through App Store/Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before billing period ends. Cancel anytime through store settings. Refunds must be requested from Apple or Google directly.
6. Acceptable Use
You shall not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or derive the source code
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
- Use the App to develop a competing product
- Circumvent security or access control features
- Misrepresent your identity when using the Service
7. Intellectual Property
All IP rights in the App are owned by Mordelt Healthcare Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
8. User Generated Content
Journal entries, progress photos, and notes remain your property. All stored locally, not accessible by the Company.
9. Apple Health Data
Apple Health data is used solely for app functionality. It is not used for advertising, not sold or shared with third parties, and not transmitted off your device.
10. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is detailed in our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not warrant accuracy of estimates or uninterrupted service.
12. Limitation of Liability
Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of GBP 50 or total amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
