Get Your Personalised Plan

Based on your complete profile, Intermittent recommends the ideal fasting protocol. The algorithm considers experience, health conditions, activity level, and goals.

Accept the recommendation or choose any plan you prefer.

Start Fasting with One Tap

Tap "Start Fast" on the Today screen. The real-time timer shows elapsed/remaining time, current metabolic stage, estimated fat burned, ketone levels, and glucose levels.

Log journal entries and track water during your fast.

Break Your Fast

When your timer completes (or whenever you choose), log how you broke your fast, your mood, and any notes. The fast is saved to your history.

Every completed fast counts toward your streak.

Track Your Progress

The Me tab gives you weight trend charts, ketone history, water intake trends, fast history, streak tracking, and personalised insight cards.

Pro users get progress photos and monthly check-ins.
