Intermittent ("the App") is developed and operated by Mordelt Healthcare Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how your data is handled.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Directly Provide

When you use the App, you may choose to provide:

• Profile: name, age, sex, height, eating style, experience level
• Health: goals, medical conditions you choose to share
• Fasting: start/end times, plan selections, journal entries
• Body metrics: weight, body fat %, BMI, ketone/glucose estimates
• Water intake logs, sleep and mood data
• Progress photos, notification and theme preferences

1.2 Apple Health Data (iOS)

If you grant permission, the App may read and write data to Apple Health. This data is accessed only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

1.3 What We Do Not Collect

• Your precise location or GPS data
• Your contacts, call logs, or messages
• Advertising identifiers for ad targeting
• Data from other apps beyond Apple Health

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage. It is not uploaded to external servers. iCloud backup may include app data if enabled. Progress photos are stored locally and never uploaded.

3. How We Use Your Information

Information is used solely to power app features on your device: personalised plans, metabolic stage timings, progress tracking, local notifications, and relevant content. All processing occurs locally.

4. Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: manages subscriptions. Receives anonymous ID and transaction data only.
• Apple App Store: processes payments per their privacy policy.
• Apple Health: data read/written only with permission, stays on device.
• Expo/React Native: may collect anonymous crash reports. No health data included.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data. Data may only be shared at your request (export/share) or if required by law.

6. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as the App is installed. Deleting the App removes all local data. iCloud backups must be managed separately.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data at all times:

• Access all data within the App
• Export your data anytime
• Delete data by clearing app data or uninstalling
• Modify profile, preferences, and tracked data
• Control Apple Health permissions via device settings

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under 16. Contact info@mordelthealthcare.com if you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information.

9. Security

Data security is tied to your device security. We recommend using a passcode or biometric lock.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date.
